Tour of Bell Museum’s Historic Dioramas with Sue Leaf

October 10, 2015 @ 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Ornithologist Thomas Sadler Roberts dedicated himself to the Bell Museum, which opened in 1940. He was passionate about the museum’s dioramas and recruited prominent wildlife artists to ensure that the natural settings, animals, and birds were accurately portrayed. Author Sue Leaf will lead an intimate tour of the Bell Museum. Enjoy this lovely Art Deco building and its dioramas before they are dismantled for the move to a new building in St. Paul.

We will be carpooling to the museum. If you are interested in carpooling, meet at the Linden Hills Park building (parking lot side), 43rd and Xerxes, at 9:00. For directions, parking, and information about admission charges, check out the Bell Museum’s website.
